Effective September 2025

This Madison Rose Bakery Card Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Madison Rose Bakery (“we” or “us”) and describes the terms that apply to your Bakery Card. By purchasing, loading, or using a Madison Rose Bakery Card, you agree to these terms.

This Agreement includes an arbitration provision that may limit your rights in disputes, including eliminating jury trials and restricting participation in class actions, where permitted by law.

You agree that notices, disclosures, or updates to this Agreement may be provided electronically, including online at www.madisonrosebakery.com.

About Your Card

The Madison Rose Bakery Card allows you to load funds for use at www.madisonrosebakery.com. The amount loaded is a prepayment for goods and services and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless required by law. Funds on the Card are not FDIC-insured and do not earn interest.

Eligibility

Cards are not intended for individuals under 13. If you are between 13–18, you may use the Card only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to this Agreement.

Loading Value

You can add value to your Card at www.madisonrosebakery.com or in-store.
• Minimum load: $10
• Maximum balance: $100 per card
• Maximum daily load (all cards combined): $500

Funds may take a short time to appear on your Card after loading.

Currency & Use

Cards purchased in the U.S. are denominated in U.S. dollars. Transactions online and in-store are processed in U.S. dollars.

Gift Cards

Madison Rose Bakery eGift Cards can be purchased and sent via email through www.madisonrosebakery.com. Recipients can print their eGift, add it to their Bakery account, or use it directly in-store. eGifts should be treated like cash. Refunds are available only for unused eGifts with the original receipt.

Billing Errors & Corrections

We will correct the balance of your Madison Rose Bakery Card if we believe a clerical, billing, or accounting error occurred. If you wish to dispute a transaction, please contact Customer Service at (661)-373-7484 or via www.madisonrosebakery.com. You must provide sufficient details within sixty (60) days of the disputed transaction for us to review. We will promptly correct any confirmed errors.

Fraud

We may reject or limit use of any Madison Rose Bakery Card if we believe the use is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. Madison Rose Bakery is not responsible for third-party fraud involving resold or altered Cards. If we determine a Card balance is linked to fraud or unlawful activity, we may cancel the Card and retain the balance.

Registration & Liability for Unauthorized Transactions

To register your Madison Rose Bakery Card, visit www.madisonrosebakery.com and follow the prompts. When registering, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

You should treat your Card like cash. If lost, stolen, or damaged, an unregistered Card cannot be replaced. If your Card is registered, you may request a replacement with the remaining balance at the time you notify us. We will freeze the balance and transfer it to a replacement Card.

Changes to This Agreement

We may amend this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted at www.madisonrosebakery.com. Unless otherwise stated, changes apply to both existing and future Cards. Continued use of your Card after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Cancellation of This Agreement

We may suspend or terminate this Agreement and cancel any Card if it is used fraudulently or in violation of these terms. If we terminate without cause, we will refund the remaining balance or issue store credit.

Dispute Resolution (Arbitration Agreement)

Any dispute or claim relating to this Agreement or your use of a Madison Rose Bakery Card will be resolved through binding individual arbitration (except for small claims court matters). This means:
• No jury trial
• No class actions
• Arbitration is final and binding

This Agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law.

Fees & Expiration

• No fees: We do not charge activation, service, or inactivity fees.
• No expiration: Funds on your Bakery E-Gift Cards never expire.
