At Madison Rose Bakery, all of our desserts are custom-made to order with love and care. Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or make changes once your order has been paid for.
No Returns or Order Changes
- All sales are final.
- No returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
- Once your order has been secured with payment, we may not be able to make changes, additions, or subtractions to your order.
- Please review all order details carefully before submitting.
Address Errors
- Madison Rose Bakery is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses.
- If the mistake has been caught before the item is shipped, an address change may be made at our discretion.
- If the item has already been shipped, no changes will be made.
Shipping Delays
Madison Rose Bakery is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. We package each dessert individually and take pre-caution to ensure safe shipping. Once we drop off your package to the appropriate shipping provider, we are not liable for the condition it arrives in.

Pickup Orders
If your order was scheduled for pickup and was not picked up, no refund will be issued.
