Shipping Policy

At Madison Rose Bakery, every order is made with love and baked fresh, just for you. Because our treats are handcrafted and perishable, we take extra care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and on time for your special moments. Most customers will receive their order by Wednesday or Thursday depending on carrier. Some may arrive on Friday or Saturday.

Delivery is available for orders over $100. A delivery fee will be added depending on mileage to the desired delivery location. Deliveries over 50 miles will include a destination fee determined by the bakery.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship nationwide across the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Order Processing Time

Orders are baked fresh and typically ship within 3–5 business days from when your order is placed. Custom orders or large event quantities may require extra time. You’ll be notified with an estimated ship date after checkout or via direct confirmation.

Shipping Methods

We use priority or express shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and location of your order. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Packaging & Freshness

All items are carefully wrapped and sealed to preserve freshness and presentation. For warmer months or fragile items, we may include insulated packaging and ice packs when needed. Some settling or minor shifting may occur during transit—we do everything we can to minimize this while maintaining presentation and taste.

Shipping Information

We "Bake and Ship" cookies Tuesday-Thursday.
 Friday-Sunday and (holidays are excluded).

  • Orders received after 1 PM (Mon-Wed):  will be shipped within two days.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday will ship the following Tuesday.
  • Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days depending on your location. All cookies are heat sealed for freshness. It is recommended that you heat them up before enjoying for that perfect gooey center! A care card will be included with each order.
  • If you need your order by a certain date and time, it is highly recommended that you place the order way in advance.
  • You will have a better chance of receiving it on or before your desired date.
  • We do not ship Friday–Sunday to avoid weekend delays.

Shipping Limitations

Due to the steep rise in UPS overnight rates, we currently limit shipping to certain states.
If you're a new or returning customer from a restricted area, feel free to reach out  and we may be able to accommodate a custom shipping solution.

Perishable Items & Delivery Reminders

  • We pack all orders with ice packs, especially for perishable items.
  • Please make sure someone is home to receive the delivery. Once your order is marked as delivered, it is your responsibility to bring the package inside and refrigerate perishable items immediately.
  • We are not responsible for items that are left outside for extended periods or exposed to heat. Tracking information is provided with every order—please keep an eye on it so your treats stay safe and fresh!
