1. Custom Orders

All of our baked goods are made-to-order. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, customizations must be finalized at least 14 days in advance of your scheduled pick up or delivery. Changes requested after that date may not be possible.

2. Payments

Full payment is required to secure your booking. No refunds will be offered once an order is placed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you must reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date depending on availability. Please ensure your order details are correct prior to payment.

4. Pick-Up & Delivery

Orders must be picked up at scheduled date and time to ensure product freshness and quality. We offer local delivery within select areas for an additional fee. Please inquire to confirm availability. Once items leave our care, we are not responsible for damage due to transport, handling, or storage by the client or third parties.

5. Allergy Disclaimer

Our treats are crafted using vegan and gluten friendly ingredients, but please note:
- Madison Rose Bakery is not a certified allergen-free facility.
-  Some of our treats are prepared on equipment that may come in contact with wheat, soy, nuts and treenuts.

- Clients with severe allergies should exercise discretion.

Madison Rose Bakery operates as a gluten-friendly bakery. Some of our items are prepared in a space that have wheat/gluten present.

6. Photo Usage

By placing an order with us, you agree that Madison Rose Bakery may photograph your desserts, you and or family/friends. If you prefer that we not photograph or post pictures of your special occasion, please let us know by sending us a quick email.

7. Artistic Variations

Every dessert is handcrafted and decorated individually. While we aim to honor your design inspiration, slight variations in color, design, or arrangement may occur. That’s the beauty of handmade!

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in our quality and presentation. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item. We will do our best to resolve the concern promptly and fairly.
